Transform Your Life Through Depth-Oriented Therapy and Meaningful Change

About Adrienne Hermes Therapy
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I work with individuals and couples across Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and the Main Line who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping into deeper, more sustainable transformation. If you’re experiencing anxiety, panic, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection in your relationships, therapy can offer more than temporary relief—it can create lasting, meaningful change. My depth-oriented approach honors the complexity of who you are, integrating multiple evidence-based modalities to engage your nervous system, emotional patterns, and mind-body connection where lasting change takes root.
I began my career as a family therapist, developing a nuanced understanding of how relationships shape identity, behavior, and emotional experience. Today, I bring that perspective into my work with both individuals and couples, helping you understand your patterns, shift how you relate to yourself and others, and build relationships that feel more aligned and fulfilling. In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified yoga instructor and trained in breathwork for mood regulation, somatic experiencing, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
